Receptionist (Part-Time, 30 hours per week)
Wester Hailes Healthy Living Centre
£26,228 pro rata (approx. 
£20,982 for 30 hours)

The Health Agency supports over 2,000 people each year to improve their health and wellbeing. We are looking for a friendly, organised receptionist to create a welcoming environment and help people access the right support at the right time.

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for people accessing our services, helping to create a calm, welcoming and supportive experience from the moment they arrive. This includes greeting visitors, responding to phone and email enquiries, and ensuring people are directed to the right service or member of staff.

Alongside this, you will play an important role in keeping services running smoothly behind the scenes. You will manage appointments and referrals, maintain accurate client records, support room bookings and help prepare spaces for sessions, groups and events. You will also provide general administrative support to staff and volunteers across the organisation.

This is a varied and people-focused role that requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to balance a busy reception environment with administrative responsibilities.

About you

You will have experience in a customer-facing role, communicate confidently, and bring a calm, organised and approachable style. Most importantly, you will care about supporting people and making a positive difference.
