The Health Agency is a charity in Wester Hailes dedicated to combating the effects of deep poverty, inequality, social isolation and food insecurity experienced by our community, which negatively impacts their health, wellbeing and quality of life.
As a community-led charity, The Health Agency was established over 25 years ago to enable local people to take action that makes a positive impact on their own and their community’s physical, mental and social wellbeing. We act as a lifeline to over 2,500 local people each year by providing a range of preventative and early intervention services to address the health and social inequality experienced by our community.
