Rossi Craig
Westerhaven Manager
I started working at The Health Agency in 2006, where I originally worked as a sessional worker and volunteer before I got a role as a community development worker, helping develop, set up and run various services in the local community. As my time at the Agency progressed, in 2010 I branched out to become the project Manager for the Westerhaven cancer support centre a role which involved setting up, developing, and running of this new cancer support centre in SW Edinburgh. I hold a degree in community education and have always felt drawn to help support and empower people within their own local communities, to improve upon their mental and physical wellbeing. I have always enjoyed working at The Health Agency in various roles and feel privileged to be able to manage the Westerhaven, a service I feel is vital in helping to support people at very difficult times in their lives. To further enhance my role and support the people I work with I studied and qualified as a CBT therapist in 2020. In my spare time I like to exercise, see friends, and walk my dog. Holidays and travel were another one of my previous passions, although since the arrival of my triplet girls several years ago a lot of my entertainment and spare energy goes into trying to keep up with them and watching them develop.
