Health All Round has put together some tips below to focus on.
Try to watch what you eat! Make sure you are having some fruit and healthier snacks. Remember, fresh, frozen, tinned fruit, and veg all count and will give our bodies vital doses of vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
Try to do a little bit of activity every day! Our classes will help you achieve the recommended 30 minutes a day. However, there are plenty of other options that you can access. Be careful that the classes you choose are appropriate for your level. It is very easy to sit for long periods, so make sure you get up and move around your home once every hour!
At this time it may be easy to slip out of normal routines so try to stay in your sleep routine. Sleep is really important for our immune system and our overall health and wellbeing. Look at ways to get a better night’s sleep. Rather than reading at night which requires a light being on, why not try a podcast or audiobook?
If you can’t get out for a walk, try and still get some fresh air every now and then. Open a window wide, use your back garden space if you can. Just take 5 – 10 minutes to get fresh air
